For over a year now I've been dealing with issues in my apt, mainly bathroom. Black mold, flooding, pipes bursting etc. Landlords ffnally got contractors to fix it a cple months ago. I had to relocate to an airbnb for 6 weeks. Only took a suitcase and bag with me. One suitcase of clothes and toiletries and one towel. Came back to my place destroyed. Furniture destroyed. Bed frame, bed, couch...all my furniture and clothes...everything I own destroyed and covered in paint, grease, debris from all the walls they took down with black mold inside the walls in and on my bed and couch they didnt cover anything and destryed all my thingsust everywhere. And to top it off they aren't renewing my lease now and deciding to sell. I tried to fight it with the whole " 120 " notice of non renewal but there is a clause in my lease that states if I was late on rent they can terminate lease..which in the passed ten years I was only late in the last few months before this fiasco happened due to hospital bills/family etc which they knew about and agreed upon and were ok with and then just turn around and use it against me. So that being said, i only have about 30 days to find a place with my bad credit ( 528 credit score ) . Everywhere is asking for rent. Security deposit and last months rent. I'm having trouble coming up with all this at once and getting clothes and furniture..furniture stuff is not important now but I just can't come up with all if this in 30 days. Go fund me is my last option. If you can help in any way. I am desperate. My lease is up April 30th. I get paid every two weeks. I'm having trouble scraping up atleast 5000 to get a new place with this bad credit since they all want first last and security deposit etc. Every dollar would help. I just don't know what to do
