Hello sorry to have to ask for help my name is Shaun IV had a problem with the health and healing of my right leg IV seen everyone from doctors to surgeon's wound care specialist and they have not been able to get my leg any where close to me been able to walk a few minutes with out been in unbearable pain the doctor have said that I need a motorised sit down buggy but they don't supply them on the NHS so my only opinion is to try and raise the funds by asking for help with the costs from your generosity and support please help me even if you can't afford great amounts spare change is welcome thank you for your understanding and time you have taken to read my plite
