Help Me Launch Rob’s BBQ – Real American Flavour

Hi, my name is Robert, I’m from Venezuela and I live in Waterford, Ireland. I’m passionate about one thing: authentic American BBQ.

Two years ago, I started this project with a friend, selling ribs, brisket, pulled pork and other slow-cooked BBQ classics. Now, I’m on my own—but more determined than ever—to launch Rob’s BBQ, a unique food trailer right in the heart of Waterford.

I currently work as a forklift driver in a warehouse, and I also do food delivery. That’s how I know, without a doubt, that there’s nothing like Rob’s BBQ in this city. People deserve to experience this flavor.

I’ve already secured a location in a central petrol station, where other food trailers are operating. The only thing missing now is the biggest step: buying the trailer, which costs €8,500. With €15,000, I can fully launch, equip it, and start working after my main job.

I already have the name, logo, recipe, Instagram @robs_bbq_ and a basic site robsbbq.ie.

I’m ready. I just need a little help.
