Lately, I've been inspired to launch a podcast called "Dreaming Big IER aka Inspiration Elevation Representation" that highlights these journeys, hoping to motivate others and shine a light on the diverse paths people take to find fulfillment in their work. However, as I work to get this project off the ground, I've been facing some challenges and could use a little help.
