Help me launch a CrossFit Kids program at school

Donation protected
When I first enrolled my son at his new school, St. Bernard Academy  in Nashville, I couldn't help but notice that there weren't a lot of exercise-related activities in aftercare.

As a result, I've taken it upon myself to launch a CrossFit Kids program. I'll be coaching the classes personally as a volunteer -- I'll have a chance to put my Level 1 Trainer certificate to good use -- and setting up for non-profit status to handle all of the financial transactions.

What I need is the initial monetary push to get it off the ground, specifically a modest amount of basic equipment (PVC pipes, kettlebells, jump ropes, etc.). I've already secured the required insurance coverage out of my own pocket, as well as made sure the necessary paperwork is done to all interested parties' satisfaction. Not only did a handful of parents quickly sign their children up for classes starting in March, but a bevy of others have expressed how much they love the idea and appreciate me putting it together.

Constantly varied. Functional movements. High intensity -- not to mention FUN! That's my goal for this program, and considering how much sedentary screen time the typical child gets these days, there's never been a better opportunity for me to highlight that healthiness is the key to happiness.

Thank you in advance to each and every one of you for your kind consideration, and I look forward to your generous donations.

Who you are: I'm just a parent trying to make his kid's school a better place.
Where you're from: While I may be new to Nashville, I love my adopted city and want to help the community with this small gesture.
Your relationship to the parties you're raising funds for: I'm neither an employee of St. Bernard Academy nor an outside contractor, just a volunteer looking to donate his services.
How the funds will be used: There are a few fixed costs involved, like the proper insurance coverage and usage fees for the spaces on campus. Some variable costs include purchase of basic equipment highlighted above (PVC pipes, kettlebells, jump ropes, etc.).
If you intend to withdraw the money, how you plan to send the funds to the parties you're raising money for or use the money on their behalf: On the advice of SBA's legal counsel, I'll be running this as a non-profit, as the school can't turn a profit -- or assist an outside entity in making a profit -- without risking its tax-exempt status. In addition to this fundraiser, parents will be charged a very small fee ($5 per student per class) that will go into the same pool to cover the costs listed above. Every penny collected, be it through fundraising or class fees, will be reinvested back into the program. I will be responsible for withdrawing all funds raised and depositing them into a new bank account specifically for this purpose.
