Help my mom keep her water from getting shut off

Hi! My mom has been out of work due to COVID-19 because she’s very high risk and finding work has been very difficult. Fortunately she has been able to find a part-time job, but she won’t be seeing any of that money until February. She just got slammed with a $400 water bill and we have no way to pay it. I’m a college student and have my own bills to pay at my apartment, and I’ve already drained my savings because of the pandemic. Any help is greatly appreciated.
