My vehicle, a minivan, is essential for getting to medical appointments and maintaining my independence. Unfortunately, it was mistreated by its last owner and bad mechanics, and now it needs major repairs to be reliable and legally registered again after I was scammed out of my rear catalytic converter.

Living on a fixed income means I can't afford a car payment, and keeping this vehicle running is my best option. If I lose my home, the van could be my emergency shelter, so keeping it running is vital.
