Hi everyone. My name’s Tina, and I’m living abroad.

I’ve lost my job. I can work and support myself, but I first have to maintain my legal status so I can legally take a new job.

The immigration office requires me to show a set amount in my bank account before it will let me stay. Conditions at home are severe, and my family can’t provide me with it.

If I can’t show that amount, I have to go back. Because of my political views, that isn’t safe for me right now. This is why I’m organizing this fundraiser.

Any amount helps. If you can’t donate, sharing this post could help it reach someone who can. Once I have a job and I’m back on my feet, I’ll support similar campaigns to pass this kindness forward.

Thank you for reading my story. Your support means more than I can say.
