Help Me Keep My Car & Shelter

Hi, my name is Amelia, and I’m reaching out for help with a car repair that I desperately need. I’m currently facing a difficult situation and could really use your support to keep my only means of transportation and shelter. Once again, I find myself without a permanent place to live. I’m working two, sometimes three jobs, just to make ends meet while caring for my disabled sister, myself, and our dog. Without a car, I would be stranded and unable to get to work, which would jeopardize everything we’ve worked so hard for. Using rideshare services like Uber and Lyft drains what little money I have, and I need the car to stay employed. The car is more than just a way to get to work – it’s the only thing keeping us from being on the streets. Unfortunately, my car is in need of major repairs. The wire harness was chewed by rodents, and the spark plugs are damaged. I’ve reached out to my insurance company, and I’m hoping they will help with the cost of repairs, but I still need to come up with the deductible, which is $1,500. If insurance doesn’t cover the repairs, the total cost of fixing everything is $2,500. All of the funds raised here will go directly toward covering these repairs, as well as the car payment I had to miss due to the overwhelming costs of keeping my jobs.
