I am a ballet student who loves ballet, but I struggle to pay for tuition, performance fees, and attire, which are all very expensive. It has always been my dream to become a ballerina, but I was never able to start until 14. It’s hard not being the best, I’m in a room with girls who have been training since 2. But I don’t care who is better than me, because all that matters is that I can dance. To make up for the many years of lost training, I dedicate countless hours to training and improving. Unfortunately, the costs keep rising, and it’s becoming harder for me to afford everything I need to stay enrolled and perform.
