Help Me Get Back to the Sports I Love: Adaptive Mountain Bike Fundraiser

In 2021, my life changed in an instant. After a car accident, I was diagnosed with a spinal cord injury that left me paralyzed from the T12 vertebra down. As an athlete my entire life—playing football, baseball, basketball, running track, and immersing myself in motorsports—sports have always been my passion and a crucial part of who I am.

While adjusting to life with my injury has been challenging, I’m determined to stay active and embrace new adventures. That’s why I’m thrilled to share that I recently received a $4,000 grant from the Kelly Brush Foundation toward an adaptive mountain bike. This bike is more than just equipment; it’s my ticket to freedom, independence, and reconnecting with the thrill of the outdoors.

However, the total cost of the bike exceeds the grant, and I need to bridge the gap. I’m raising funds to cover the remaining cost so I can get back to doing what I love.
