Help me hire a technician for the 2020 ski season!

Hey! I'm Laurenne - an Olympic and World Cup ski racer representing the U.S. I've been injured for the last year and a half, and am returning to the World Cup circuit for this winter season (2020-2021). The U.S. Team doesn't have the funds required to hire a technician who can prepare my skis for this race season, so I'm trying to raise the money on my own.
Ski racing is a very expensive sport. With traveling over to Europe 3-4 times this season, the costs of lodging, food, lift tickets, hill space, a vehicle rental, gas and tolls, the cost is anywhere from $26,000-$42,000. And I've got to pay my technician a salary! I'm shooting for $40,000 for the year for a salary....so the total cost is going to be approximately $74,000.
Because of all the donations that have come in through World Cup Dreams Foundation, I'm halfway to my goal! So I'm trying to raise $37,000 here on GoFundMe.
