When I walked off the Baylor football field for the last time, nobody told me who I was without the game. Nobody prepared me for that.

I played at Baylor University. Three year starter. Team captain. I gave everything to that game. And when it was over, I felt lost. Not because I wasn’t talented. Not because I didn’t have drive. But because I had never taken the time to understand who I really was outside of being an athlete.

I went into finance. I became an educator. I worked with students and clients every single day. And I kept seeing the same thing, talented people, smart people, driven people but completely lost. Not because they lacked ability. But because nobody ever helped them understand themselves first.
