Help me help my Marley

I'm Hillary, I am Marley's owner. This year I was diagnosed with Leiomyosarcoma which is a rare and aggressive soft tissue cancer that forms in blood vessels. I had it removed successfully with surgery and had to complete 6 treatments of chemotherapy. I am not even back to work for a full month at my fulltime job (haven't been released to my part time welding job yet) and I receive the devastating news that my dog Marley has third degree av-block. This means that one of her 3 nodes on her heart has stopped receiving electrical signals to pump. This happens in humans too as you get older. Her heart is running on muscle memory and is at risk of complete cardiac arrest at any moment which would kill her. There is only one option to help her live and that is to receive a pacemaker. Marley's cardiologist vet said she is a good candidate for one, and she is healthy enough to have the surgery and survive (other than the heart defect). I know its a insane amount to spend on an animal. I just don't want this year to take anything else from me, especially my girl. I have to try for her.
