Help me help my dog aka my world.

Trying to save my best friend, my dog. She's literally been through everything with me. She has a cancerous tumor that needs to be removed ASAP. I don't like to ask for help like this, but if any of my family or friends can help, I truly appreciate it. She's my world. Dogs are more than pets; they're family! Thank you in advance
