My name is Juliet and I’m starting this Go Fund me page on behalf of my dad, Jose, who recently had his work truck stolen.
In the morning of 04/07/2021, my dad woke up starting another day of work to be able to provide for our family like every other Mexican dad here in the US. Sadly moments after, finds out that his work truck was stolen with more than 20k in tools he had purchased throughout his years of hard work and dedication. He spent a lot of time and effort building his business from the ground up, watching him get up every morning at 5am just for someone so heartless to just come and take it all away in a matter of minutes. This is just so UNFAIR AND UNFORTUNATE.
My dad came to the US at only 10 years old, and even though he comes from a struggling background, growing up in Mexico, he has been the best father, husband, brother, and friend there is. My dad has always been so strong and giving to his family & friends. I had never seen him cry until now and today really broke him down. I feel so helpless not being able to help and to see him so defeated and worried to how our family will make ends meet. Anyone that knows him knows how hard he has worked to be able to be where he’s at in life and now he has to struggle to be able to support my mom, my 8 younger siblings and I. :’c
This was my dad’s small business truck, his only form of income during Covid-19, his whole life was in that truck. Please please contact us if you have seen the truck or have information in regards to its whereabouts.
