Hello everyone... my name is Kristy and I'm Matt's girlfriend. A few weeks ago I came home from work to him completely jaundice and our lives were turned completely upside down.

A trip to the ER turned into a week long stay at the hospital because of a mass in his pancreas that is suffocating his bile duct and the 2 main arteries coming out of his pancreas. Stents were placed to correct the jaundice but will have to be checked every 6 weeks or so to make sure the mass isn't building up around them. As of now surgery is not an option because of the size of the mass and where it's located so the plan is aggressive chemo and radiation to try to shrink it first.

As most of you know, Matt has been self employeed for over 10 years and although he's stubborn and would probably book a gutter job right after a chemo treatment, that is not realistic and he needs to be able to stay focused on his treatment without stressing about whether or not I'm ok with the bills.

So here we are reaching out to the world asking for help. Our monthly expenses are about $2000 and that's only covering rent and utilities... anything would be a huge help and greatly appreciated. Even if it's just a share and a prayer
