I am 900 away from Bode goal. With my savings and a very generous offline donation of $5000 Bodes hip surgery is so close. I've spoken to my vet and his file is now being referred to Dr.Sukiani. please help me with my final 900.00
Bode is 9 years old. He loves life and is full of life. I replaced his right hip in 2014 and the past 6 months he's been limping on that side and I noticed 2 screws have fallen out of the hip replacement. In consultation with my vet and his surgeon in Vancouver, essentially the hip replacement has failed. I saved for 2 years for that surgery for him and was told his hip would out live him. I'm devastated for him and the pain he is in. There is nothing we can do about the hip replacement so all we have left is now because he's almost 10, he can get an fho on his left hip which is needing it so bad. He's on so many different pain meds and he's still in pain. Please help me. I just spent 850 at vet for him to find out that it's either pain meds, fho, or to be put down. I cannot put him down when he has so much joy and love for life still. ❤ he loves everyone and everything. Best dog. I'd normally have savings for this but with no help or support from my ex husband for our aging dogs, I'm just so desperate to help my baby.
