Hi, my name is Blaise, and I’m reaching out because my cat, Baby, needs medical care and I’m struggling to cover the cost. Baby isn’t just any cat. She originally belonged to my dad, who passed away in 2019. When he died, I took her in and promised I’d always protect her. She’s been with me through every moment of grief, healing, and life since. She’s the last piece of him I have; and she’s family to me in every way.
Yesterday, Baby suddenly could barely walk. I rushed her to the emergency vet, terrified. Thankfully, it wasn’t the worst-case scenario—but she does have a painful sinus infection, and the vet suspects there could be deeper issues going on. They’re recommending bloodwork and further diagnostics to rule out anything more serious. I already paid $307 just to have her seen and receive four medications. The next stepstesting, monitoring, and follow-up treatment are estimated to cost $1,300, and I simply can’t afford it on my own. If you’re able to donate anything at all, even $5, it would mean the world. And if you can’t donate, sharing this will help more than you know. Thank you for reading. Thank you for caring about her. And thank you for helping me keep a promise I made to my dad—to take care of her always.
