Help Me Hear Again – Hearing Aid Fund

Hi everyone,

This isn’t the easiest thing for me to write, but I’ve reached a point where I could really use a little help. After months of testing and appointments, it’s been confirmed that I need NEW hearing aids — the kind that will truly make a difference in my daily life. Unfortunately I am unable to pay to get my current ones fixed as they’re “outdated” and broken. The total cost for the new devices is $5,800 and Unfortunately, insurance isn’t covering any of it.

I’ve applied for a small grant to help with some but not all cost and am waiting to hear back, but as it stands, the full amount is due upfront when I pick them up. Right now, I just don’t have the extra funds to cover this kind of expense.

I’m not one to ask for help lightly, and I certainly don’t want anyone to feel obligated — but if you’re in a position to donate, even a small amount, it would mean the world to me. Your support would not just help me financially — it would help me reconnect with the world around me. Every little bit truly helps.
