Help Me Heal Without Losing Everything

I never imagined I'd be in a position where I'd need to ask for help, but here I am--reaching out with a humble and heavy heart.

My name is Tange Henry and for several years, I've been quietly battling a chronic health condition that has taken a significant toll on me physically, emotionally, and financially. Despite the challenges, I've continued to work diligently, showing up everyday and giving my all.

Recently, my condition has worsened, and surgery has become a necessity. This procedure will require me to take at least 30 days off work to recover. Unfortunately, I've exhausted all my available sick leave due to previous health related absences. This means that during my recovery period, I will have no income to rely on.

I've been with my job for over 30 years, always dedicated and proud of the work I do. However, my position doesn't offer high pay or the kind of benefits that make times like this easier to navigate.

Now, I'm facing the daunting reality of a month without income, mounting medical bills, and everyday expenses like rent, utilities, and groceries still needing to be paid. Despite a lifetime of hard work, this unexpected period without income could lead to a financial spiral that I may not be able to recover from on my own.
