Hi! My name is Hannah Wells, and I’m fundraising for my trip to Long Beach, California, to attend a life-changing event on March 26th, 2022, that will celebrate the Freedom Writer Foundation's book launch that student authors, including myself, had worked on throughout the year and for me to finally meet the family, who had helped me write my hardship story into our book, called Dear Freedom Writer.

Speaking from a young adult who lives in a low-income area and works at a part-time job, this would mean a lot to me, so I could share my story from the book launch that'll reach out to other kids who had gone through challenging pasts such as myself.

This fundraiser will help me cover travel costs, a hotel stay, and even my very first-time trip to Disney Land to make my experience a time to remember in which I never had before. And most importantly, creating memories with the family that had helped me heal throughout my entire writing process. Any donations would help me a lot, and I will be very grateful for anything.
