I attended the Supernatural convention in Las Vegas while already wearing a medical boot due to a previous injury. While visiting the vendor room, I encountered a vendor selling metal bracelets with gemstones grabbing my wrist and pulled me to her booth claiming they could help with balance and healing. During her demonstration, she told me to hold my arms up, and then forced my arm down to my side, causing my leg to slam into the floor. She said, “See? That’s what happens without the stones as you’re off balance.” She then put the bracelet on me, grabbed under my forearm to stop my leg from hitting the floor, and said, “See? Now you’re balanced.” She repeated this demonstration five times, and in the process, cracked the other side of my foot, leaving me unable to walk throughout the convention.

The vendor kept trying to pressure me into buying the bracelet by lowering the price from $300 to $200 to finally $80 and when another vendor tried to intervene she grabbed my face and told me to focus on her instead of the person trying to help. I panicked as I realized I couldn’t walk and had lost track of my brother. Thankfully, vendors from all over, as well as the cast, noticed my distress and did everything they could to help me feel better. Their kindness was a beautiful light in a very difficult moment.

This injury has completely changed my daily life. I can hardly walk and am unable to work, which has been incredibly stressful and overwhelming. Now, I am facing the need for urgent medical care, including surgery, to heal my foot and get back on my feet—literally. The hospital bills and treatment costs are more than I can manage on my own, especially since I am unable to earn an income while I recover. Every day is a struggle, but I am determined to get through this with the help of my community.

It would mean the world to me to gain your support. With your help, I’ll be able to walk again, return to work, and focus on healing. Knowing that I have true help from caring people makes all the difference in my recovery. I am especially grateful to the Supernatural family, cast, and Creation Con crew for checking in on me and making sure I was okay throughout the day. Thank you so much for considering a donation and for being part of my journey to recovery.

also side note I’m going to add as I remembered they were doing this only to people in medical boots, wheel chairs, or crutches if they also came up to you I’m so sorry no one deserves or deserved that form of harassment ever and I’m glad I was able to get them banned even if it meant I got hurt it saved others from the stress and pain so I will say that part to me was worth it
