Hi, for anyone reading this, I was hit unexpectedly by a serious illness. I will have to take a month off from work while I heal and go through this process. I am raising funds just to help supplement my bills. Anything will help as I will not have money for the month.

This all started as a hangnail that turned into a wound, which got a serious infection. After a few trips to urgent care, I could tell something was wrong. My pain was too extreme and felt like a broken finger. So, I headed to the ER and was diagnosed with osteomyelitis. (In the doctor's words, it is extremely rare for it to have progressed in days versus months.) This is soft tissue damage and infection to the bone, which means I'm probably going to lose my finger.

They are doing everything they can to save it. I was discharged today, 6/20/25, after a week of being hospitalized. I was sent home with a PICC line attached to my heart that I'll need to have for four weeks.

I will also have to set up monitoring equipment here. After the four weeks, more decisions will need to be made about my finger. My health is a priority, but unfortunately, bills do not wait for you. I'm just looking for some help while I am off. Anything is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
