I am building a wellness practice rooted in the lifestyle I have lived and loved for many years. My work brings together massage, meditation, yoga, and flamenco dance—offerings that I believe can help people reconnect with themselves, find healing, and experience joy. I have already taken important steps to make this vision real: I registered my business as an LLC, passed my health permit, and began renting a room from a gym so I could start offering services. As a single mom raising my toddler, I am working hard to create a stable business that can support my family while allowing me to share this work with others.

Right now, I need help getting the practice fully set up and expanding the parts of it that have the most potential to grow. I need supplies and equipment for the wellness space, including items for massage and spa services, tea service, towels, and materials that help create a calming and welcoming environment. I also need yoga props and meditation tools, along with marketing materials like posters and business cards so more people can find and join my offerings. For flamenco dance, I am hoping to rent another space, pay an instructor, and purchase wood squares for students so classes can grow in a strong and sustainable way.

My dream is to build something that supports my child, serves my community, and grows into a larger retreat experience in the future. I have access to an ancestral family home in Spain with a beautiful garden that has become a boutique hotel, and I would love one day to offer retreats there.
