Help Me Grow My Healing Space: Atheria Spa

In 2014, I earned my cosmetology license for hair, skin, and nails. After years of working for others in the wellness industry, I realized how often people’s needs were overlooked in favor of profit. And then COVID hit- I found myself stuck further in a rut—feeling like I wasn’t making the kind of difference I truly wanted to.

Then in 2023, on a whim, I signed up for massage therapy school—and it turned out to be the best decision I’ve ever made. I found a new passion and purpose in the healing power of touch. In 2024, I became a licensed massage therapist, and that’s when the vision for Atheria Spa truly came alive.

Now, with four licenses to my name and a deep desire to help people reconnect with their bodies and well-being, I’m pouring everything I have into building a space that honors care, community, and connection.

My business is up and running, but my current space is no longer sustainable. I’ve found a new potential location with more stability and room to grow, but I need some help to make the transition.

I'm asking for help covering:

Lease & security deposit ($770/month rent + $1170 deposit), Moving expenses & setup costs, Upgrades to equipment, Continuing education, Insurance billing setup, so I can one day accept auto insurance clients in need of recovery and care. Even a small donation helps me move one step closer to a more professional, stable space where I can better serve my community.

Atheria Spa is more than just a spa—it’s about healing, empowerment, and inclusion. My dream is to grow this space into something that gives back: offering outreach programs, helping those in underserved communities, and making self-care more accessible to everyone.

Massage, skincare, and bodywork aren’t luxuries—they’re necessities. I want people to feel seen, supported, and safe in their own skin, no matter their background or income.
