Hi, my name is Valeriya, and I’m reaching out with hope and gratitude. I am in my final semester at the London College of Fashion, but due to unforeseen financial hardship, I am at risk of not graduating. My single mother has given everything to support my dream, sacrificing beyond what she could afford to help pay my tuition. My younger siblings (aged 8 and 15) depend on her, and as much as my family wants to help, there is simply nothing left to give.

My tuition fees for the final semester as an international student total £8,678, and without help, all the sacrifices made—by both my family and myself—could be for nothing.

Fashion is my way of storytelling, activism, and creating change. My work explores identity, politics, and decolonization, and as the only student from Central Asia in my course, I bring a unique voice to these conversations—one that I am determined to amplify.

My education is not just a passion—it’s my only path to a better future. I have poured my heart and soul into my education. Now, I am asking for your help to cross the finish line.
