My name is Morgan, and I’m a sophomore in high school. This year I joined DECA, a student organization that helps prepare young people for leadership, business, and career success. It’s already taught me so much about teamwork, communication, and confidence.

I’ve been given the chance to attend the Emerging Leaders Conference in Wisconsin Dells, and I’m really excited about it. This conference will let me connect with other students from across the state, take part in leadership workshops, and build skills that will help me not just in school, but in my future career too.
