Hi, my name is Francesca & I never imagined I would be writing these words, but today I am asking for help for the most important person in my life — my mother.

My mother is fighting cancer that has spread to her brain and several vital organs. When she was first diagnosed, the doctors gave her no real chances. They told us she had only three weeks to live. We were devastated.

But my mother refused to give up.

With treatment, strength, and an incredible will to live, she is still here one and a half years later. Every single day she has lived since then is proof that miracles can happen — and that treatment truly makes a difference.

Now, doctors say that continuing treatment can still help her. It may not be a cure, but it can prolong her life, give her more time, more moments, more memories with the people who love her. And that hope is everything to us.

We have spent all our savings fighting alongside her. We never hesitated, because when someone you love is fighting for their life, you don’t stop — you do everything you can. But now we are facing a heartbreaking reality: money is becoming the only thing that could stop her treatment.

We don’t want to stop fighting just because of finances.

My mother is more than a patient. She is the most wonderful and strongest person I know in this world. She is a loving mother and a devoted grandmother. More than anything, I want her to have more time with us — and especially with her granddaughter. I want her granddaughter to grow up knowing her, remembering her love, her strength, and the incredible woman she is.
