Help me give my kidney to my dad

Hi I'm Jan Nikolai Valdez, 24 years old. My dad had 2 kidney failures last week June 10 before my birthday, June 12. He's confined in Saudi Arabia but soon will be deported back here in Philippines. I work here in the Philippines as a bartender with salary of 6 dollars in 8 hours of shift(300peso). But I can't support he's dialysis with my salary. He's dialysis cost 400 dollars per week (20,000peso) 3 sessions in a week and it will be for a lifetime. But I had an idea if I donate my kidney to my dad maybe he will not be going in dialysis anymore. That's what I'm thinking. But the surgery of kidney transplant will cost about 15,000 dollars (750,000peso). I was hoping someone can help me to cover that amount of expenses so I can give my kidney to my dad and I can still be with him for long time. I really love my dad. If I can give both of my kidney to extend his life I would I just can't lose my dad  yet..  Thank you kind hearted people!
