Hi, I’m Kerry Jo — and I’m reaching out with a heartfelt request.
When I moved into my new home, I noticed a beautiful grey tomcat and his darker-colored companion slipping in and out from under my porch. At the time, I was overwhelmed with the chaos of relocating across the country and didn’t think much of it.
Fast forward a few months… and now I have two surprise additions: a pair of feral kittens, one grey and one black. (Pretty sure it’s just two… but you never know! )
These four cats have captured my heart, and I want to do right by them. I’m hoping to raise $500 to cover the cost of a Trap-Neuter-Release (TNR) for all four — which includes:
- Spay/neuter surgeries
- Rabies vaccinations
- A humane live trap
- A large kennel to safely house them before their appointments
- Food, litter, and other basic care supplies
Our local vet offers a discounted program, but due to recent health challenges and financial strain while I wait for my home in North Dakota to sell, I simply can’t afford it right now.
TNR is the most humane and effective way to prevent more litters, reduce suffering, and give these sweet cats a chance at a healthier life — while keeping the local population in check.
If you can spare even a few dollars, it would mean the world to me (and to these furry porch dwellers). Every little bit helps, and your kindness will have a lasting impact.
Thank you so much for your support — Kerry Jo
