My name is Moamen Kamel Mohammed Saad. I am 27 years old, and I am writing to you with hope after years of pain and suffering.

I was injured during the 2009 war, where I sustained a serious abdominal injury. To this day, there are plastic surgical materials inside my abdomen that continue to cause me constant pain. In 2014, I was injured again in my ear, and in 2025, I suffered another injury to my leg, where I now have a platinum plate implanted.

I still live with severe pain in my abdomen and my leg, which makes everyday life extremely difficult and prevents me from working normally.

I am married and have three children who depend on me completely. Unfortunately, due to my health condition, I am unable to provide for them or afford the medical treatment I urgently need.

I have tried many times to find help, but I have not been able to access the treatment I require. That is why I am reaching out to you today, asking for your support.

Any contribution, no matter how small, can make a real difference in helping me receive treatment, ease my pain, and give me a chance to return to a normal life and support my family with dignity.
