Help me get Top Surgery

Today I received a call from my doctor (5 days before my surgery date) telling me that my insurance was not going to be covering my top surgery. Until this point, I was told that everything looked good, and we were expecting the insurance company to cover the expenses. I now am left with five days to raise $10,000 in order to get top surgery next week. This process has taken almost six months, and rescheduling the surgery will only add more months of waiting. Please help me get top surgery so that I can feel more like myself than I ever have.
