Dear family and friends, I hope you’re all well! I’m so excited to share that BIRDIE, a film I worked on, has been officially selected for the Sundance Film Festival. I had the honor of serving as both the Casting Director and 1st Assistant Director, alongside my dear friend Praise Odigie Paige, who wrote, directed, and produced the film. We’re incredibly proud of this project and so grateful for this opportunity.

With the festival happening right around the corner in January, it would mean so much to be there in person to celebrate this milestone with the cast and crew. To help make that possible, I’m currently fundraising ❤️ My goal is to raise a little over $1,000 to help cover travel, lodging, meals, and other related expenses.

Any contribution—big or small—would mean the world to me and is deeply appreciated. And if you’re unable to give at this time, I completely understand; your encouragement and support in any form truly means so much. Any funds raised beyond my goal will go toward helping other members of the film (or my husband) attend the festival as well.
