Recently, my short film "Ecdysis" got selected for the All-American High School Film Festival, which screens at the AMC Theater in Times Square, New York, on October 17-19. This festival is one of the biggest national high school film festivals around, with many industry insider panels, workshops, and connections to be made. Truly a once in a lifetime experience. Yet, the costs of getting there remain high, with transportation, lodging, etc, being a financial challenge. I will be going with a group of my friends who were also a part of this film, but we are all paying our way.
