Help Me Get To Nitro World Games Brisbane AUS 2021

My name is Brian Fox. I'm 26 years old. Originally from Deerfield Beach, FL currently residing in Pendergrass, GA. I have been fortunate enough to travel the world living out my childhood dreams of being a Professional BMX athlete since 2014.
Just as everyone else in the world, this past year has been a tough one financially, physically, and mentally. That being said, I believe we're beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel!
Nitro World Games is a major competition in the action sports world that showcases the highest level of skill the world has to offer! To be invited to compete in this event is a major accomplishment on it's own. So making it to this event is a huge deal!
In 2017 I placed third at Nitro World Games in Salt Lake City, UT. Then the very next year I won Best Trick at NWG in Chula Vista, CA! I believe I have great chances at placing well again this year!
Traveling to Australia is not cheap, but the opportunity to compete again after being held up with a knee injury/surgery at the beginning of 2019 and a global pandemic in 2020 is one I cant pass up! My plan is to stay in Australia for the month of October to compete in the Nitro World Games event as well as film a BMX video to commemorate the help and support I've received to make it there!
I was very reluctant to start a GoFundMe for this trip as I pride myself on hard work, and don't look for handouts. But having a full time job working at my Father's bike shop (Suburban Cycles) makes it difficult to find the time to make the extra money to put away to pay for this trip. Anything you can contribute helps GREATLY!
