One punch victim - Help me fight for restitution

Hi, my name is Jake Perry and I am 26 years old.
Nearly 2 years ago I was violently assaulted in Alton in the UK and halfway around the world in Australia my mother received a phone call that no parent ever wants to get. She was told that I had been put on life support and it was thought I would not survive.
This being during very tough covid times my mum had to get an emergency flight to the UK and this is when she made the desperate plea for help from strangers via a Go Fund Me page so that she could be by my side while I was fighting for my life (see original story here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ADU15Sa78I). Thankfully I did survive and I am still here today and I want to personally say thankyou to everyone who showed an overwhelming amount of generosity and compassion with donations and beautiful words of support and well wishes. Thankyou so much.
It has been nearly 2 years since a casual Saturday night out in town with friends changed when someone ended my life as I knew it to be. The assault was caught on camera and showed that it was a calculated and deliberate attack from behind with no warning. From the video footage it can be seen that I received a near fatal blow to the head that resulted in my skull cracking in half and left me fighting for my life.
My mother made the harrowing flight from Australia to the UK and watched helplessly while I lay in coma for weeks clinging to life. She waited many agonising hours every time I underwent one of the many brain surgeries needed. She watched as I had to start life again. I had to learn to talk again, learn how to eat, how to hold a spoon, how to sit up, how to walk again. As I could not care for myself independently anymore and I faced a long road ahead with rehabilitation, the decision was made to return to Australia to continue my rehab and have the care and support from my family.
After 9 long months in hospital I was medically fit enough to take the enormously long flight to return to Australia with my mum. I am still undergoing intense rehabilitation 5 days a week as I still have a long way to go. The hardest thing is being away from my now 5 year old daughter who stayed in the UK, not being able to cuddle her and be there for her like I used to. I miss my little girl so much, a part of me is missing without her around, she is my world.
The person who took so much from me, Tyler Gard of Alton, Hampshire was found guilty in the crown court in April 2021 and only served 7 months in prison. This was not even as long as I was in hospital recovering and nearly 2 years on, my life is still not back to normal and probably never will be.
My mother only has a single income and now she has to support not only my younger brother but myself fulltime, physically, emotionally and financially. So this time I am here now asking for your help and support for your knowledge, resources and time.
Being in Australia makes it very difficult for my mum to seek legal help regarding compensation and other legal matters for me. We are looking for anyone who would be willing to provide some of their time to assist us or even just a guide or advise us on legal matters.

My son, Jake Perry is a young Australian who recently moved to the UK to be with his newborn daughter.
He's a fun, energetic young man, who was born and bred right here on the Gold Coast. A loving son and a great father to his 2yr old Ava, we've been living on opposite sides of the world now for over 3yrs.
While walking home on Saturday night, Jake was violently assaulted in High Street, Alton Hampshire UK.
Police were hesitant to release any details, however we know that he sustained serious head injuries as a result of blunt force trauma to the left side of his head.
Upon admission to Southampton General Hospital a massive haemotoma was found which caused significant brain swelling and bleeding on the brain. Jake has been put into an induced coma and is currently on life support in a critical condition. Police have advised me that strangely, he sustained no other injuries, suggesting he was not in a fight, but was attacked without warning.
We do know that 3 males aged 20, 24 and 25 have been arrested so far in connection with the matter and the street has been shut down as this is a major crime and still under investigation.
I am pleading with you to help me.
Let me be by his side before it's too late. While I am hoping for the best outcome, his status is critical and time is of the essence. If I am able to see him anytime soon, it will only be with your help.
I have approached the Australian consulate to navigate the travel ban and COVID-19 restrictions and have been told that the only flight meeting all the criteria comes at a cost of $14,000.
I am a single mother without the means to do this and desperately need your help.
Please let me get to my son before it's too late.
