Help Me Get to Boston College — I'm Almost There

Hi everyone,

My name is Alana Moye, and I’m incredibly proud to say that I’ve been accepted into Boston College, where I’ll be starting this fall as a Pre-Med (Undecided) major. This has been a dream of mine for years—one that represents not just my goals, but the hopes of everyone who’s ever believed in me.

I’ve worked so hard to get to this point—through late nights studying, early mornings volunteering, and moments where it felt like the odds were stacked against me. I’ve done everything I could to make college possible: applying for scholarships, financial aid, and working wherever I could. And now, after all that effort, I’m just $3,000 away from being able to enroll and start this next chapter of my life.

I’m reaching out because I need your help to close that gap.

A little about me:

I’ve always been passionate about helping people. That’s why I’m pursuing Pre-Med. I may not have chosen a specialty yet, but I know I want to be in a field where I can care for others, especially in communities where good healthcare can be hard to find. I want to be someone who listens, who shows up, and who makes a difference.

Getting into Boston College was a huge achievement for me. It’s more than just a school—it’s a place where I know I can grow, be challenged, and become the person I’ve always wanted to be. But without this last bit of financial help, I won’t be able to register for classes or secure my spot.

This is more than tuition. It’s a lifeline.
