Help me get through tafe!

Hi, my names kale.

I'm an unemployed autistic trans person. I'm doing a TAFE certification in Beauty services this semester. I'm autistic and mentally ill and unable to work in hospitality or retail or any of the other unqualified work spaces. I want to pursue TAFE study to get work in an industry that would work with my disabilities not against them.

I've been offered and enrolled in a commonwealth supported place at Victoria university in the Cert 3 Beauty services. While it is partially funded I still have student fees of $2270. I'm currently on centrelink and am asking for support to be able too complete this certificate.

I'm really excited about this opportunity and as a member of the LGBT community I'm really passionate about bringing beauty therapy to the community in a safe, fun queer environment. Often beauty services are inaccessible; especially to trans folks because of various barriers and I want to work to make that accessible to all my queer siblings.
