Help me get the LVAD

My name is Shawn Jackson and I'm a heart and kidney failure patient. I need the LVAD, a heart device, to keep me alive since right now I don't qualify for a heart transplant. My kidneys and liver are compromised and the LVAD would give me years on my life. Unfortunately, my insurance company won't pay for it unless things get significantly worse (I go into cardiac arrest). At this point, I'm taking matters into my own hands. This is my fight to stay alive and I am doing all I can to do. But I can't do this alone. I need your help.

I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure October of 28th 2018. This was one of the hardest days of my life. Shortly after, I was hospitalized 13 times (this was all within the 1st year). Now, I am in full blown cardiomyopathy, end stage congestive heart failure, and my kidneys have completely failed. I had a defibrillator installed on May of 2019 and I suffered my first heart attack 6 months later in November. I work really hard to keep my spirits up and I'm going to fight this until I die.With your help, perhaps I can live longer to tell the whole story.
