Help Brony Chef get surgery so he can breathe!

Back in August 2020, when I had to go and get my routine lab tests, my blood oxygen levels came back as 89%, which sparked a small alarm with my doctor. Several referrals and tests later, I was given an O2 sleep study— and, well, I am not sure how I made it through the night with only 85% of O2 in my blood. This quickly raised some major red flags with my doctor, so she scheduled me for corrective surgery ASAP.
However, my insurance company said they are not willing to pay for the surgery because it's a laparoscopy and according to them it’s considered “cosmetic surgery”, so that means I have to pay for the surgery. Basically, despite the fact that they’re trying to fix my low blood oxygen levels, they’re saying it’s “cosmedic” on a technicality!
As the cherry on top, Dr. Liv told me that being in the kitchen is a very bad idea, due to the smoke of the grill and the bad air quality from the food vapors and grease on the air. In fact, so she told me that I had to rethink my career priorities and quit professional cooking, so I had to turn down a job offer because— and I quote— “if you continue with this path you will be dead by mid 2021”.
In all honesty, my world broke down apart. I never thought that working in the kitchen, cooking food and giving people what they need, would kill me. So I am quitting cooking professionally in a restaurant/hotel, and I might even pursue a different career.
I am reaching out to you now in order to fund my emergency surgery scheduled for November 21st. I don’t know what to do, because now I am not even suitable to work at what I am good at in order to save my life.
Please help me!
