PLEASE HELP ME GET BETTER

Paul Castillo, was bout to turn 18 and had just graduated. He was excited to start his life as an independent young man and was on his way to register for classes at San Antonio College when he was shot in a suspected road rage incident. The bullet entered his spinal cord this incident left Paul paraplegic and changed his life completely. He has battled with accepting himself with his condition and goes through a rollercoaster of emotions and depression. Suspects where never cought. Our hope is that he gains some more movement with this treatment. Spinal stem cell treatment is not something that is FDA approved in the US, therefore not covered by any insurance in the US. He would have to travel out of the county for this treatment. Treatments start at 25,000 and go up from that, we would also have to cover his and his caregiver traveling expenses. Paul is also great need of an emotion wheelchair. His insurance will not cover one because they gave him one already that he can not use, it causes him a great deal of pain and is not fit for him. Emotion wheelchairs are way above our budget as well.
