HELP me get some wheels so I can get work

On October 16 2018 my truck blew a head gasket on a road trip.  thought I had a decent job waiting for me back in Washington so I trailored the truck back home hoping to fix it up. At the time in an effort to be frugal Iwas  also living out of the vehicle, that bad news part one.
 I got back to work and got laid off for working hard instead of being treated fairly and put on the books  That was just before the holidays! Bad news part two. So I took my tree climbing skills and took a pay cut and started cleaning gutters to keep money flowing. got through winter and then...
 April 12 2019 running errands on my bike one weird freak accident sent me over the handlebars onto the pavement. Minimal blood a cracked radius of the left arm and a kneecap broken cleanly into three different parts.
That put me out of work..
Don't qualify for unemployment as I don't have much documented income.
I have fully recovered and take work were I can. But with my skill set if you can't get around no will think of hiring.
 I have some potential opportunities
Just no way to get there.
