Help me get out of a toxic and abusive situation

Hey guys. I didn’t want to make a GoFundMe because I never thought my problems were super big or worthy of campaigning for. However, I’ve hit a lot of struggles recently and don’t know where else to go. My mental health is completely trash and my living situation is really bad.
My ex and I have been getting into a lot of physical fights. Today she choked me really bad. My throat has been sore and in pain all day. She told me that she would k*ll me. She also kicked my cousin’s cat really hard across the room. He’s fine!
I just really need to get out of this environment. I’ve gone back to self harming to cope with a lot of the things happening. I only have two months left on my lease that I need to pay off and then I would need to come up with first and last for a new place.
Due to everything going on with COVID-19 and the fact that I don’t really have a job right now, I am super stuck. Anything would help!
