I hope you find this letter in good and warm condition, my name is Aslam Muharib, I am a university student 19 years old . I am a Palestinian, I am currently living in the Gaza Strip, the depth of the war. I have 3 siblings and a sister. My sister is 14 years old, during which she suffered from fear and did not have a safe childhood like the rest of the children. My little brother adham is 16 years old and was supposed to be studying at school, but due to circumstances, he and my sister stopped. My older brother Ahmed , he is 22 years old studied mathematics and Amjad is 26 years old, he studied information technology, but because of the bad conditions here, none of them were able to work in his field. Since the beginning of this war more than 800 days ago, we have been living in fear, struggle, humiliation and hunger. We live under constant bombardment, air strikes all the time, killing people everywhere. We were running from shelter to shelter, there is no safe place. The occupier army threatened our area, so we left our house and the seven of us lived in a tent in Khan Yunis without electricity, gas or a human toilet, before it also demolished our house and we became homeless and homeless for the rest of the war, we lack water Clean, food is considered a luxury if you find some. We cannot get our daily needs for food support, and if it is found, they are at very high prices, so we live in fear all the time from an unfortunate present and an unknown future, and we are waiting for our death at every moment. I cannot explain to you how terrible tank bombs and gunshots are at night, and Gaza is a very small place, and there is no place to run. I am trying to get an amount to travel abroad to be able to complete my education because I aspire to study in the field of technology and see myself as I can be creative in this field, I need to pay $5,000 to reach Egypt and another $5000 per academic year for university fees And monthly expenses for me and my family to strengthen their steadfastness in Gaza, so that they can overcome the difficulties of life there. And providing their needs of tents, food expenses, clean water and the expenses of my younger brothers so that they can return to their school studies. I communicate with you with humility and a deep sense of gratitude, and I hope that your sympathy will be a beacon of light in our darkest hours. Please consider donating me to complete my dream of going out and studying and for my family because it may mean the difference between despair and glimmer of hope for my family in Gaza.
My friend from the Netherlands told me that when you donate, he will open a bank account for my campaign and send the necessary funds for my family’s needs and my travel first . I will keep you updated. If you have any questions about how I can receive your donations, don't hesitate to email me.
