On October 17, 2020 as I was driving home one day from a normal shift at work, I was hit and involved in a 4 car accident. The hit and run accident luckily knocked me unconscious, I say accident because i'm sure this wasn't on purpose. During the incident I woke up upside down in the car not being able to move unaware that I couldn't feel anything. The ambulance and fire fighters were able to use the jaws of life and get me out of the vehicle. After being transferred to the hospital, I later on found out that one of the cars left the scene of the accident, which was most likely the car that initiated the incident and left me fighting for my life. I fractured the C4 in my spine and was told that I may not be able to walk again. I currently was and am going through countless surgeries and countless days of rehab to try to better myself and my chances of living. The journey is hard, the roads are rough but with these challenges I will never give up. I have no mobility in my hands, other than that from the nipple down I can't feel or move anything. I pray on a day-to-day basis that god will help me, I hope dark days will shed more rays of light, I affirm that this platform will inspire anybody to donate anything from a helping hand to eventually a hundred grand, or daily messages of faith. I was living on my own when this accident happened and I am unable to work in the condition that I am in. So I reached out to go fund me to help further better myself and my situation.
