Help me get out of danger zone n get some stability. Just trying to get out of a financial death spiral.
As yinz know I started a tiny ghost kitchen in Aliquippa Jan 2019 two months later the pandemic happened. I had a job that helped support the restaurant. Well it's a year n half later, been robbing Peter to pay paul, still making payroll most of the time.
I just made a payroll but not catching up on rent on my shop, utilities and my home rent.
Made a profit on last music Festival but not significant amount that was depending on...
In the positive mostly caught up on payroll, the shop has supplies to keep moving forward, I have insurance for big events coming up in the future.
Got electric turned off at my house
And that broke me cause didn't have the funds to turn it back on and used my banks ability to put account into negative to cover a new negotiated payment. That's where I am right now. I have a bunch of vending events that have potential to get me majorly to the positive but they might not happen cause of covid spikes. On the converse having a summer slowdown at shop which if there are lockdowns we will be busier doing Take-Out n delivery and ghost-delivery but no events...
Just feel I am in a rock and hard place and need to get a buffer to stop drowning and get head above water... to do that in short term takes 1-3K (this will get me breathing and to where my income will start to increase either by events or increased biz at ghost restaurant but I can give back by donations being backed by food).
And individual donation will give 50% off that donation to my restaurant PGH-GHOST-ONE when you order...
So asking for help. Been holding off on this but losing my electric at home shocked me I know my terrible puns. And just worn out.
Shop is doing middle of road and better than some in area, events have been alot busier but as you hear me say it its "gambling with food." And covid is making a mess of things... The ghost kitchen idea works but is subject to normal speed ups and slow downs of this rollercoaster... that we have all been on.
