Help me get my surgery done in USA

Donation protected
Last week I mustard of the courage to create this fundraiser for myself. My name is sheeza, i’m 24 years old. I’m doing my bachelors in early childhood education. I would like to be a teacher one day.

My story is simple but as rare as my medical condition. I was born with a medical condition called Proximal femoral focal deficiency (PFFD). One leg (left) shorter than the other (right). I’ve been on crutches all my life. However, since last few years I have been expecting extreme pain in my armpit because of the crutches and it is quite possible that I would soon be using a wheelchair in my every day life. I would not want to be wheelchair-bound. Nobody does. Even the thought gives me goosebumps.

From the moment I was born, my parents were in search of a surgeon who could fix this. They did find one in the US but the procedure was so expensive that we could never go for it. The procedure is called the Paley-Brown rotationplasty. My parents have been in contact with the surgeon ever since hoping that something they would be able to gather the funds ($200,000 USD) needed for my surgery but with time my bones are losing their flexibility, reducing my chances of having this surgery. The idea time to get the surgery done was 18 years of each. It is still possible to get it done but I would need to get it done as soon as possible. I know my parents will not be able to gather the fun since they do not own much so I am using this platform to help me save myself.
