Hey!

so for 15 years I’ve been in the system of the NHS to get my surgery ( gender reassignment surgery ) and now I’ve had my meet with the surgeon! It was so nerve wracking but now I’m so close I need some help! Please :)

I have a couple of hurdles to go over before I can have it done. I am supposed to be having it in the next 3-4 months but today has been hard as I’ve hit a wall.

1. My BMI is too high :( it’s kind of got ahead of me and now I have been told by the surgeon I need to take Munjaro to achieve my goal in time to have my operation. After seeing my GP this morning I have been told I qualify for one part to be able to have it on the NHS and unfortunately it’s not enough… this is too expensive for me right now and I need the help.

2. if I am to have it done in the next few months after losing my job just before Christmas last year I’ve been struggling for my rent. I have marked 3 months which is my healing time to have some help also.

I have done these before and I honestly didn’t do well but I was afraid of promoting it. I am so close to my life long goal of having my op and feeling comfortable in my life that this means more to me than anything.
