Hello, my name is Jasiah, better known as Jesse, and I am raising funds for a new computer as mine has unfortunately died. I have been using it for pretty much everything in my life, whether it be keeping in touch with friends, leisure, finding online work to get by, delivering groceries as I do not currently have a working vehicle, scheduling appointments with doctors, keeping in touch with said doctors, and most importantly, keeping in touch with my State Government and the US Government.

Recently, I have been unable to work physically due to my deteriorating physical and mental health and was offered assistance in finding work again with state aid. This was put on hold, however, due to an issue with my birth certificate. I have been unable to renew or acquire a new license and ID to prove I am who I am, as my birth certificate was no longer being accepted due to, from what I understand, an outdated format that couldn't be accepted. It was not the end of it all at least, and I was told to contact my birth hospital and the government and explain my situation. It has been months, and unfortunately, I still have not received a new updated and valid certificate.

This means I cannot work and earn consistent money until that issue is fixed which I have no way of speeding up the process. As I use my computer to still make money I rely on it to live. It has quite literally become my lifeline and without it I am out of luck and am now on a steady decline.

I would have raised this for myself but due to family, medical and home issues as well as the current struggle of just living in the US, I cannot manage to raise the funds needed alone for a new working computer, and as it is all I rely on for almost every aspect of my life, it is pretty important, and I am now asking for help as I do not have any other options available anymore.

I thank anyone and everyone in advance for even considering to help me and deeply appreciate any and all help. I'll let the auto-goal do its thing but the second I get enough of my own money combined with anything donated here, I will close the fundraiser.
